Kevin Whatley (NMLS #113781) started Universal Home Mortgage in 2002. Prior to that, he was ranked number 1 out of nearly 2500 loan officers in a Fortune 500 mortgage company. He is the only Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) in Northwest Louisiana and one of only two in the entire state of Louisiana. Less than 1% of all mortgage loan officers in the United States hold this accreditation. Mr. Whatley has over fifteen years in management in the mortgage and financial services profession.
